By accessing this website or ordering materials from Cassidaro Co., you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are estimates based on the information supplied and remain valid for the period stated. Final invoicing reflects actual cubic yards delivered, applicable short-load fees, after-hours charges, extended on-site wait time and any fuel or distance surcharges disclosed at the time of order.

Orders, Scheduling and Cancellation

Delivery windows are scheduled in good faith and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment failure or events beyond our control. Cancellations should be made as early as possible; loads already batched may be chargeable.

Site Access and Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing safe, firm, legal access for heavy vehicles, verifying overhead clearances, confirming underground utilities and structures can bear truck loads, preparing the subgrade and forms, and providing a lawful washout location. Cassidaro Co. is not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, landscaping, irrigation or private utilities where access was directed by the customer.

Materials and Water Added On Site

Water or admixtures added at the customer's request after arrival may reduce strength and durability. Such additions are recorded on the delivery ticket and are at the customer's risk.

Warranty and Limitation of Liability

We warrant that concrete supplied conforms to the ordered mix design when discharged. We do not warrant placement, finishing, curing, jointing or subgrade work performed by others. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the material supplied and excludes consequential damages.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on the invoice. Approved account holders are invoiced per agreed terms; all other orders are payable on delivery. Past-due balances may accrue interest as permitted by Arizona law.
