Plant Quality Control

Aggregate moisture probes, scheduled scale calibration, controlled mixing times and verified slump before dispatch. Any batch outside tolerance is corrected at the plant rather than on your site.

Field Verification and Testing

Slump, air content, temperature and unit weight can be verified on arrival. We coordinate with independent laboratories for 7 and 28-day compressive cylinder testing and retain documentation for owners, engineers and inspectors.

Driver and Site Safety

Our drivers complete site-specific hazard reviews, maintain safe discharge distances from excavations, follow overhead power line clearances and use designated washout areas. Customers are asked to provide a firm, level truck path and a contained washout location.
